Maintenance Technician

We’re recruiting 13 Technicians and Engineers for a global high-tech manufacturer based in South Wales. These roles are part of a major expansion and offer long-term career development. Whether you’re a hands-on technician, ex-Forces, a car mechanic with an engineering qualification, or a more experienced engineer from a cleanroom or regulated environment, we want to hear from you. This is a cleanroom, modern facility with a strong focus on planned maintenance. You’ll be working on PC-based equipment (very little PLC work), supporting strip-downs, rebuilds, calibrations, and fault recovery. The bulk of the work is structured, repeatable, and procedure-driven. Candidate Profile: Formal engineering qualification (C&G, NVQ, HNC, etc.) Ideally, a formal apprenticeship (can be from any background (e.g., car mechanic, military, etc.)) Electrical or mechanical – multi-skilled preferred but not essential Experience with pneumatics or vacuum systems is a bonus We’re open to a wide range of backgrounds.
