As a BUK Principal Funding & Securitisation Desk AVP it will be your responsibility to execute the structuring and issuance of securitisation transactions, covered bonds, and significant risk transfer (SRT) deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with the firm's strategic objectives for funding, capital optimisation, and risk management.
