Business Support Coordinator

Join our client's dynamic team as a Business Support Coordinator If you're an exceptional problem-solver with excellent communication skills, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities: Support the busy facilities team in handling a wide range of issues, including broken lifts and other maintenance challenges. Escalate issues within the buildings to ensure a prompt resolution. Assist in quoting building work and maintaining accurate records. Arranging Contractors and Coordinating jobs. Work Schedule and Location: This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in facilities administration or a similar role. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Proficiency in quoting building work and escalation management. Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
