This office-based role offers job stability, career development opportunities, company bonuses and a competitive salary, along with the chance to contribute to making a real impact in local communities by helping deliver essential services in housing.Key Responsibilities of a Scheduler:You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries and scheduling work requests for services including gas, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance tasks.You will coordinate and manage the diaries of operatives, ensuring that jobs are scheduled efficiently and on time, while minimizing disruptions to tenants.You'll run jobs from start to finish, liaising with contractors and operatives to ensure all work is completed to the required standards and within set timeframes.Regularly communicate with external contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and that services are delivered smoothly.Ensure that the level of service provided to tenants is of the highest standard, maintaining clear communication and helping resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.We would like to speak to anyone who has:Strong customer service experience, particularly within scheduling, bookings, or similar roles, ideally within the housing, facilities management, or construction sectors.Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.Experience in diary management and scheduling, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and operatives.A proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple tasks at once and remain calm under pressure.A team player who is comfortable working with external contractors and internal teams to ensure service delivery.This Scheduler role offers the following benefits:Company bonusesJob stability Opportunities for further roles within the business This role offers a salary between £26,000 - £27,000We would also be keen to hear from anybody who is currently a Maintenance Scheduler, Customer Service Advisor, Works Planner or Call Handler within a similar sectorSalisbury is easily commutable by major roads including the A36, A303, and A338, with excellent links to nearby areas such as Andover, Warminster, Basingstoke, Ringwood, and SouthamptonIf this Scheduler role is for you then please apply or contact
