The Role: In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including both freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, help-to-buy schemes, lease extensions, and residential lettings for landlords and tenants. Additionally, you will work on new build and plot sales. As part of a supportive, collaborative team, you will also have the opportunity to take part in business development activities and grow your presence in the market, which makes this role perfect for someone who enjoys networking and developing client relationships. You will be based at the firm's Plymouth office, and after training, there will be the flexibility to work from home part of the week, using a paperless environment with all necessary IT equipment provided.
