What You’ll Be Doing Supporting teachers in delivering tailored lessons for students with ASD. Working one-to-one or in small groups to support learning, social skills, and emotional regulation. Assisting with classroom management, organisation, and resources. Helping students achieve their EHCP targets and celebrating progress. Who We’re Looking For Experience or interest in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Calm, patient, and empathetic approach with strong communication skills. Flexible, collaborative, and committed to inclusive education. Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred, but training can be provided. Perks & Benefits Small classes and high staff-to-student ratios.
