Job Title: Social Worker (Children)Location: WiganWorking Hours: HybridRate: £37 per hourLiquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Wigan,based within the Looked After Children team. Responsibilities: As a LAC Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes, discharging care orders, and attending and participating in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Additionally, you will complete pathway plans, conduct children and family assessments, and engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies.
