Our specialist consultant will contact you if we have a live vacancy that matches, or contact you in the near future as soon a good match to skill set and experience becomes available. *** We have the opportunity for an Account Manager to join a renowned name in the industry obsessed about converting ideas into captivating print that stands out for all the right reasons. Specialising in the highest quality print, our client’s state-of-the-art facilities and equipment allow them to offer clients the competitive edge with both time and cost savings. This Account Manager role will work with Sales and Production teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality. The role starts with understanding the customers’ requirements and working with the customer from the cost of the project through to the final delivery. The Account Management team are supported internally by an excellent production team who all work to deliver projects that meet the customers’ expectations. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone and email Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs Data entry via MIS (Estimating and Job Booking) Project Management Qualifications At least 1 – 3 years of print account management experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work Experience with MIS would be preferable Share this job:
