With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality and safety, this contractor offers long-term career progression and development.Role Summary:We’re seeking a General Foreman to oversee the delivery of heavy civils packages on-site at Sizewell C. You’ll lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Key Responsibilities:Supervise site engineers and section engineersEnsurepliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsMonitor progress, quality, and contract costsManage subcontractors and liaise with clients and designersAttend progress meetings andpile reportsEnsure works are delivered to specification and programmeRequirements:Proven experience as a Foreman on large-scale civil projectsStrong leadership and organisational skillsAbility to read technical drawings and manage site operationsExcellent knowledge of construction processes and safety proceduresCSCS card and full UK driving licenceBenefits:£9,000 car allowance orpany carFuel card26 days’ annual leave + bank holidays10% employer pension contributionAnnual performance reviewsOngoing training and developmentOpportunity to work on a nationally significant infrastructure project If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
