This is a great opportunity to become part of a company that designs and manufactures technically advanced, high-value electronic systems supplied to clients across a range of global markets.About the RoleWorking as part of a small, collaborative support and service team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support and testing of a broad range of electronic products. The role offers variety across hands-on service activities, client technical support, troubleshooting, and occasional field-based demonstrations and evaluations.While the role is predominantly based at the company's Great Yarmouth facility, occasional travel may be required for short field assignments, training, or customer-facing support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support across the business's full product rangeAssist with diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicingRespond to technical queries from customers and internal teamsParticipate in occasional site visits, product trials and evaluationsMaintain accurate records of service activities and support actionsContribute to the improvement of internal processes and technical documentationParticipate in an out-of-hours support rota as requiredDesired Skills & ExperienceDegree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or a related disciplineHands-on experience in electronics or technical support roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear and confident communicator, both written and verbalAble to work independently and collaboratively in a teamComfortable with occasional domestic and international travelStrong IT skills including MS (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Eligibility to work in the UKWhat's on OfferSalary of up to £35, (depending on experience)Company pension scheme with enhanced employer contributionsPrivate health coverAnnual profit-related bonus22 days annual leave (increasing with service), plus statutory holidaysFree on-site parkingRelocation assistance (if applicable)This is a Monday to Friday, on-site role with a forward-thinking and supportive employer offering strong progression opportunities and excellent long-term stability.Interested in learning more?For a confidential discussion or to express interest in this role, please contact Daniel Cordy at TEC Partners.Please note: You must have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this position.
