Working for a newly-established, high-energy commercial property agent in Peterborough, you will be their first permanent hire within this small business. They have big dreams and well-established plans to grow and become the premier commercial property agency in the city.

By promoting all that is positive about living and working in Peterborough, their unique approach to marketing and selling/letting properties is getting them noticed, and they are winning clients through fantastic results and their innovative and different approach.

As , you will support the two Peterborough partners (and on occasion the London based partners) to:

Proactively market vacant properties – you will get to know the properties in detail to deliver a value-add insightful property viewing so potential tenants/buyers leave the meeting informed…. And impressed Work closely with existing, and win new tenants, through delivery of first-class client interactions, delivering on promises, and exceeding expectations through timely and regular communications and updates, proactive approach and considered advice Ensure seamless and accurate administration of sales and lettings to ensure a brilliant client experience, for both tenant, purchaser, landlord and seller Attend new property inspections to map out the properties, understand the potential space, and start creating a narrative that makes clients want to view the property Network extensively within the local business communities with a very clear mission – every interaction with a businessperson is an interaction with a potential customer Identify marketing and social media opportunities and go out and proactively seek Peterborough positive stories, images and video to actively promote the City

Ideally you will have some experience working in the property sector, but this is not essential. You must be proactive, highly organised, a strong communicator, able to work at pace and absorb pressure. Full training and the support of the whole team are available to you as you settle into your new role.
