Job Title: Band 6 Physiotherapist – MSK Outpatients Location: Romford Duration: Ongoing Working Pattern: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our MSK Outpatients team in Romford. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. This role requires a proactive and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering patient-centered care and improving patient outcomes. This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £27 per hour. Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with MSK conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings. Utilize a variety of physiotherapy techniques to manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance functional independence. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide education and advice to patients and their families regarding condition management and prevention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional and organizational standards. Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development activities. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the department. Essential requirements of this Physiotherapy vacancy: HCPC registration Right to work in the UK Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Significant experience in MSK physiotherapy, preferably within an outpatient setting. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice. Desirable Skills and Attributes: Postgraduate qualification in MSK physiotherapy or related field. Experience in delivering group therapy sessions. Knowledge of current NHS policies and procedures.
