This rewarding role offers the chance to make a real difference in young people’s lives while working within a supportive and passionate team.We have an exciting opportunity at our Harpurhey Campus to join our Foundation Learning and Student Support Department as a King's Trust Team Leader on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis. Site Information Our Harpurhey campus is a vibrant and inclusive learning environment located in North Manchester, offering excellent facilities tailored to vocational education. The campus specialises in areas such as sport, public services, and foundation learning, with dedicated spaces that support hands-on, practical teaching. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Princes Trust Team Leader trained or willingness to undertake the course. Maths/English level 2. Significant experience working with 16-25 year olds. Some experience of managing a team. Ability to work independently to achieve positive outcomes for leaners. Flexible and pragmatic approach. The ability to accurately record and report on data. Ability to foster a culture of teamwork. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
