Job Description

Key responsibilities of this Internal Communications Lead position:

Stakeholder Management:Build relationships with internal Corporate stakeholders.Collaborate on multi-channel communication plans for key business priorities.Champion Corporate audience engagement.Collect and act on feedback for communication improvement. Content and Campaigns:Create high-quality, engaging content for digital, print, and video channels.Coordinate monthly VC calls and lead the weekly email newsletter.Manage the Campus intranet, ensuring fresh and engaging content.Oversee the annual internal communications plan. Collaboration:Work with external agencies and internal colleagues for smooth content delivery.Support annual internal events programs. Measurement and Analysis:Record data to measure communication effectiveness.Review data for channel improvement.Embrace experimentation and testing to enhance techniques.

The Successful Applicant

Key requirements of this Internal Communications Lead position:

Internal communications experience in a related field. Proven experience in implementing communication plans and campaigns across various channels. Interaction with senior leaders within the organisation. Strong organisational skills and event management experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Live events (Desirable). Proficiency in SharePoint intranet (Desirable). Interest or connection to the student accommodation sector (Desirable). Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, multitasking effectively while maintaining a customer-focused and proactive attitude.
