Role & Responsibilities Support fire engineering projects from initial concept through to completion Assist in producing fire safety strategies and technical reports Learn to apply UK fire safety legislation and guidance to real projects Shadow senior engineers on site visits and inspections Contribute to a collaborative and friendly team culture, providing input where appropriate Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality fire engineering solutions across a range of UK projects Required Skills & Experience Degree qualified in Fire Engineering (BEng/BSc/MSc) Enthusiasm to develop a career in fire safety engineering Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative office-based team environment UK driving licence preferred but not essential Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) What you get back Salary £38,000 – £42,000 per annum 4.5-day working week (Friday afternoons off) 28 days annual leave including public holidays (option to purchase up to 5 additional days) Paid leave over Christmas and New Year Private healthcare including 24hr GP and counsellor access Paid professional memberships (e.g., IFE, IFSM) Cycle to work scheme and potential green car scheme Company laptop, mobile phone, and IT equipment Supportive office environment with a close-knit team and scenic beachfront location
