Cover Supervisor – Walsall Location: Walsall Contract: Flexible (Day-to-Day and Long-Term options) Looking for a role that puts you at the heart of the classroom without the planning pressure? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team and support secondary schools across Walsall.What you’ll be doing: Stepping confidently into classrooms, keeping lessons on track, and making sure learning continues smoothly. Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent way. Working flexibly across subjects and year groups. What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor (or similar school-based role). Strong classroom management and the ability to engage learners. A confident, adaptable approach—you’ll be ready to handle whatever the day throws at you.
