Following a recent refurbishment and the addition of a separate cat and dog clinic space, this practice offers an exceptional environment for both patients and clinicians.You'll be joining a close-knit team of four experienced vets, including certificate holders in orthopaedics and dentistry, with another colleague currently pursuing a surgery certificate. The practice is led by passionate owners who believe in clinical freedom, continued learning, and a genuinely supportive working culture.The facilities are excellent, with a brand-new digital DR X-ray system for dogs, a CR system for cats, modern ultrasound, dental X-ray, and a digital nomad used for both dental and limb work. The bright, well-equipped building provides plenty of natural light and a calm, comfortable setting for both staff and clients.The role is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week with a 1-in-4 Saturday rota (9am1pm). There's no out-of-hours commitment, and you'll enjoy 15-minute consultation slots with strong continuity of care. Some sole charge is required at weekends, but plenty of support is always available from the wider team.Ideally, you'll have at least five years of small animal experience and be confident with a mix of consulting and surgery.
