It is known for maintaining high standards in its operations and providing a supportive and professional environment for its employees.Job Description Finance Manager duties include;Oversee the financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.Manage and develop a small Finance Team , setting their objectives, and overseeing all day-to-day activitiesManage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.Responsible for preparing the month-end processes ensuring costs and income suitably accrued, prepaid, or deferred as appropriateAnalyse financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.Managing and continually improving departmental reporting and analysis, working with managers to understand the results and drive improvement.Develop a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders of the businesses as well as a commercial understanding of the businesses, playing a key role in improving financial performance.The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Manager should have:Fully Qualified (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).Previous people management experienceProficiency in financial management systems and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.Additional benefits to be confirmed.If you are a motivated Finance Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply today
