This role is ideal for candidates seeking flexibility, work-life balance, and a collaborative environment where patient care comes first.About the PracticeThe practice has a reputation for high-quality care and a loyal client base. The team comprises four veterinarians (ranging from a new graduate to over 30 years' experience), five experienced nurses, and four reception staff. They prioritize teamwork and professional support, ensuring colleagues can thrive while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.The surgery is located in a Retail Park and features industry-leading facilities, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory. Appointment lengths are designed to provide sufficient time for high-quality care, and the practice values staff wellbeing with fully paid lunch breaks and guaranteed finishing times.Role OverviewThe Veterinary Surgeon will:Work primarily in consultations and routine procedures, with opportunities to engage in more complex casesBuild strong rapport with clients and provide compassionate, high-standard careCollaborate closely with the veterinary team, sharing expertise and supporting colleaguesContribute ideas to improve clinical practice and patient outcomesThe role is part-time, with flexible scheduling options.
