They are now entering an exciting phase of growth, investing in product innovation and expanding their product management capability to strengthen their market position.Job DescriptionAs Group Product Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering the company's product strategy from the ground up. You'll be responsible for defining the roadmap, setting clear priorities, and ensuring the product suite continues to meet the needs of a fast-evolving retail market.You will:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goalsLead the full product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and optimisationBuild and scale a newly formed Product and Business Analysis team, developing frameworks, processes, and best practicesPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver market-leading SaaS solutionsStay close to customers to understand their challenges, influence product direction, and drive continuous improvementIdentify market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive opportunities to shape innovationUse data and insights to inform decision-making and measure product performanceThis is a hands-on, strategic leadership role that will suit someone who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment where they can make a tangible impact.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will bring:Proven experience in Product Management within a SaaS, retail technology, or consumer goods environmentStrong understanding of retail trading systems such as pricing, promotions, merchandising, and category managementA background in Systems Management, Business Analysis, or Solution Design, with a clear progression into Product ManagementExcellent leadership and people development skills, with experience building and managing teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging at senior levelA commercial mindset, combining customer empathy with data-driven decision makingEnergy, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help build something from the ground upWhat's on OfferSalary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annumLocation: Leeds, Yorkshire (office-based)Benefits: Comprehensive health and life insurance, 27 days holiday
