Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for consistent work and a supportive team?Join a well-established logistics company in Basingstoke, transporting a variety of goods across the region As part of the role, you will be handling general haulage tasks, including the transportation of various goods to and from customer sites across the region. Candidates who may have previously worked for Tesco, Thames Water, Travis Perkins and Yusen Logistics may be interested in this position. No Handball. 3 to 4 drops per shift. What you’ll do: Transport goods safely and efficiently to various locations Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are secure Complete daily vehicle checks before and after each shift Maintain compliance with road safety regulations and company procedures Accurately complete all relevant delivery and collection documentation Deliver excellent customer service at every drop-off and collection Assist with route planning to ensure efficient deliveries and minimise delays Pay & per per hour weekends Min. 10 hours Day shifts, Thursday to Monday (including weekends) Ad-hoc opportunities available What you’ll need: Full UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence At least 2 years HGV Class driving experience No more than 6 points on your licence (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
