Overview - Leading a small team of Engineers, this role will report into the Production Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery is checked, maintained and serviced to ensure continuous and safe running and to reduce incidences of costly breakdowns. ***£45,000-£50,000 per annum, health cash plan, death in service benefit, Monday to Friday*** As the Maintenance Manager, your duties will include: Leading the Maintenance Department across the business, supervising and directing the Maintenance Engineers in their role, supporting their training / development. Organising the timely repair of equipment including injection moulding machines, robotics and ancillary equipment Carrying out basic building / facilities maintenance, liaising with subcontractor for more complex or time-consuming tasks. Planning preventative maintenance schedules Carrying out and recording all planned, preventative maintenance for a wide range of manufacturing and plant equipment. Undertaking fault finding activities on defective equipment To be successful in the role of Maintenance Manager, the ideal candidate will: Have previous working knowledge of injection moulding machines and pick & place robots Possess a good working knowledge and experience of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems Have Managerial/Supervisory experience with experience of training and mentoring a junior worker To apply or to find out more, click on the link to apply now Based near Oxford, this role is commutable from Bicester, Brackley, Swindon, Moreton in Marsh, Didcot and all surrounding areas.
