Responsibilities of the Mechanical Director role: Lead, develop, and inspire a growing Data Centre Mechanical team across EMEA Shape and deliver technical strategies, standards, and benchmarks for complex projects Partner with major tech clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative MEP solutions Drive business development initiatives, expanding client relationships and supporting work-winning efforts Oversee project delivery, risk management, KPIs, and commercial performance for large-scale programmes Mentor and coach the next generation of engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and team development About You Proven track record in delivering mechanical projects within data centres or mission critical environments Leadership experience with a focus on technical excellence and team development Strong business development and client-facing background across the UK and ideally EMEA Chartered Engineer (CIBSE or equivalent) with a degree in a relevant discipline Deep knowledge of mechanical design, engineering practices, and financial management of projects Excellent communicator, confident in building strong client relationships at senior level Why This Role?
