You will contribute to making plans to support them and assist with their implementation, attending statutory reviews as required.As a positive role model to the young people engaged in the independent living scheme, you will be excellent at forming effective relationships with young people and their families to ensure that their emotional and physical needs are met and opportunities for their development are maximised.With previous experience of support work, you will have the ability to communicate clearly and engage with young people.
