You will be supporting the class teacher with behaviour management, providing additional instruction, and assisting with classroom activities. You should be able to work closely with pupils to reinforce learning, offer one-on-one support, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Assignment details As a secondary teaching assistant, you will be working across KS3 and KS4. You will support teachers in the classroom by assisting with pupil behaviour management, delivering extra instruction, and supporting various classroom activities.
