Competitive salary of £30,056 per annum, plus £70 per sleep-in allowance 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern Opportunity to work in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility Supportive environment with opportunities for professional development The Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the welfare and care of each child while providing guidance to the care team. Lead and support the care team during shifts Ensure all tasks and activities are completed effectively Conduct shift health and safety checks Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts Shadow the Deputy/Registered Manager to enhance leadership skills The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Senior Support Worker role will have: Experience as a strong Support Worker, preferably in a senior position Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce Ability to lead and support a team effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to providing high-quality care and support The client is a dynamic children's services provider committed to creating exceptional living environments for young people.
