PMO Analyst

If you have previous PMO or change experience and strong organisational skills, this could be the perfect next step.A bit about the job:You'll be a key part of the Claims PMO team, ensuring the safe delivery of the Claims Change Portfolio to agreed time, cost, and quality standards. This role exists to strengthen governance and improve processes across the portfolio, aligned to the Aviva Change Management Framework. You'll cover governance, financials, planning and resources, reporting, risks, change effectiveness, and engagement-plus provide deputy support to the Senior PMO Lead.Skills and experience we're looking for: Previous PMO or change experience Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Experience in portfolio resource and capability management Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with preferred experience using project and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Planview.
