The practice invests heavily into ensuring they are using and utilising the best technology available. They have good infrastructure and excellent support teams, all allowing fee earners to be as streamlined as possible, allowing you more time to focus on generating fee's and having more in the way of client contact. Partners in the firm are very accessible and it is commonplace to find NQ solicitors sitting side on side with partners. Often junior lawyers will deal with a complexity of work that places them ahead of their years of PQE. Everyone is encouraging to get involved with the firms marketing and networking events, they hold regular interesting events that staff of all levels will get involved in. The Role You will join the firm's well-regarded, Legal 500 ranked Corporate team as an Solicitor in their Liverpool office. You will join an award-winning department and will lead the team alongside the other partners, who are widely regarded as leaders in their field and are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise. The team deals with a wide range of matters across a breadth of industry sectors including technology, hospitality, and media, and deals with a broad range of work, including Construction, Financial Services, Healthcare, IT/software, Manufacturing, Media and more. They handle all matters Corporate ranging from shareholder agreements, M&A's and much more. You will be working directly alongside some of the best corporate partners in the north west giving you a springboard for progression which few firms can offer. Requirements You will be a Corporate Solicitor NQ-5 Be comfortable engaging directly with clients and providing commercially sound advice Comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues Be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to progress your career at one of the North West's leading law firms Remuneration Salary is competitive around market rate, which will be dependent on experience
