Compiling cleaning schedules, department Rota’s, checking cleans, staff training and maintaining extremely high standards. You will be responsible for the cleanliness in all bedrooms and public areas providing a high standard of cleaning to a time frame, maximising opportunities and improving performance.Key Responsibilities will include… Ensuring standards are met and exceededSafety of customers and staffHave a hands-on approachAdhere to all health and safety, hygieneMaintain all Public and staff areasAchievement budgets & goalsLiaising with all other departmentsRecruit, train & develop new staffMonitor stocks and orderingCreate weekly rotas Qualities you will need to display: Previous experience managing housekeeping teamLuxury hotel experienceA can-do attitudeBe a hands-on team player, this is a physically active role where you will be working alongside your team on all aspects of the roleCommunicate wellBe highly organised In return you will receive a competitive salary with a staff benefits.
