Looking for Senior Quality Technician Join our client, a global leader in the food industry, as a Senior Quality Control Technician As part of their dynamic and innovative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality and safety of their flavourings, extracts, and essences that drive brand innovation and delight consumers worldwide. Responsibilities: Efficiently carry out all quality control tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Conduct thorough testing of ingredients and finished products, making optimal use of resources. Organise and perform organoleptic testing to ensure flavour quality. Release ingredients and finished products once they meet all quality and food safety criteria. Record and store test results, additional data, and comments for easy reference. Collaborate with relevant parties to address non-conforming products and implement necessary corrective actions. Assist in customer complaint investigations and propose improvements in equipment and evaluation processes. Requirements: Strong understanding of the role of quality in the food industry. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective team player with strong communication skills. Previous experience in the flavour industry and knowledge of internal IT/LIMS database systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with the food industry, particularly in a quality role, is advantageous. Driving licence required for this role.
