Chance to join a growing independent group of vehicle accident repair centres which spans across South Wales and England Our client, a growing automotive accident repair group with multiple sites across the the South Wales/South West England region, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their centre in Cardiff.
Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a team, as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer your key objectives will include:
Fulfil all tasks to customer's complete satisfaction. Complete the assigned jobs within the estimated paint times. Safeguard the customer's vehicle and its contents while in the bodyshop. Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to the customer. Carry out repairs according to best practice and procedures. Meet acceptable safety and quality standards. Interpret and implement technical instruction data. Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas and equipment accurately for all paint repairs. Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager if a work order is not clear or seems to be incorrect. In order to be eligible you will need to have current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer. Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent would be desirable however our client is willing to consider candidates with strong "on the job" experience that are able to work to their meticulous standards. Overall you will have a good eye for detail, be a team player with good communication skills, have an aptitude for multi-tasking, and have a UK driving license with minimal points. Candidates with an ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards would be highly beneficial but it is non-essential.

Overtime subject to availability paid at standard rate. 20 days annual leave plus the 8 the bank holidays, increasing to 25 days over continuous length of service. Pension scheme.
