We are seeking a highly motivated Equity Analyst to join a leading UK Small Cap Fund. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating investment ideas, conducting in-depth company research, and supporting long-term portfolio decisions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to a high-conviction, long-term investment strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed fundamental analysis of UK-listed small and mid-cap companies.Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess valuation and performance drivers.Identify and present new investment ideas and insights to the portfolio management team.Contribute to portfolio discussions and help shape the firm’s investment thinking.Monitor portfolio holdings and track key market and company developments.Communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations.About YouExperience: 3–9 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related financial discipline.Education/Qualifications: FCA qualification (or progress toward it) preferred.Mindset: Naturally curious, intellectually rigorous, and passionate about investing.Approach: Creative thinker who can challenge conventional ideas and add differentiated perspectives.Values: Driven, humble, and collaborative — with a strong desire to grow and contribute to a team-oriented environment.Style: Long-term mindset with a focus on quality and patience in investing Apply to
