Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a talented individual to join this Business Outsourcing Services team in Beaconsfield.As a Manager your responsibilities will include:Oversee and manage a personal portfolio of clientsSupervise and support staff working within assigned portfolioAct as a Line Manager, providing training and guidance to junior staffCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operationsAssist in business development, including drafting proposal documentsMonitor key performance metrics and manage billing/WIP effectivelyQualifications / Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have experienceACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with a strong academic backgroundProficiency inputerised accounting softwareStrong client service skills with excellentmunication abilitiesResults-driven approach to delivering high-quality work within deadlinesKnowledge of evolving accounting standards and regulationsAbility to mentor, motivate, and train junior team membersDesired:Experience of working with entrepreneurial, scaling businessesExperience using Xero and/or Silverfin softwareInterest in leveraging technology for efficiency improvementsExperience of working across service lines (business tax, personal tax) to deliver a joined-up service to the clientAbility to collaborate effectively with remote teams and colleagues in different locationsPrivate medical insuranceLife assurancePension contributionHybrid working model (role dependent)Generous holiday packageOption to purchase additional holidayShared parental leaveCycle to work schemeSeason ticket loanEye care support
