Your NewpanyJoin the fastest-growing retail brand in its specialty They are looking for a dynamic FP&A / Business Controller to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll manage core FP&A responsibilities and partner across the business to deliver strategic insights. You’ll play a large role within controllership – improving the current reporting, processes, systems. Your New Role Key Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growthBusiness partner across the business to drive performance and process improvementDeliver data-driven insights on sales performance andpany wide KPIsDrive COGS and inventory analysis for improved profitabilityPricing reviewsImplement and improve financial reporting Champion process improvement and set up new financial processesOversee month-end duties and collaborate closely with the accounting team (and enhance the current process)Oversee P&L control and analysis Develop robust financial controlsReview & implement systems and process improvementsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with proven experience in the consumer goods sector, including exposure to COGS, inventory, stock, and supply chain processes. You’ll bring strong FP&A expertise, a track record of driving process improvements, and a highlymercial mindset,plemented by excellent financial reporting skills.
