The roles involve assisting in the development and learning of young children, helping them reach their full potential through play-based activities and holistic development. Candidates should have experience in early childhood education, knowledge of the EYFS framework, and strong communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in planning and implementing play-based learning activities. - Support children in reaching developmental milestones. - Encourage social-emotional development and positive interactions among children. - Help develop children's fine motor skills and gross motor skills through engaging activities. - Support language acquisition and early literacy development. - Facilitate numeracy skills through age-appropriate activities. - Engage children in sensory play and creative play. - Supervise outdoor learning activities ensuring a safe learning environment. - Foster phonemic awareness and school readiness. - Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs in an inclusive education setting. - Collaborate with teachers and parents to support child-centered approaches and holistic development. - Monitor and record children's progress through observation and assessment. - Ensure routine and structure are maintained in the classroom. - Participate in early intervention strategies as needed. - Promote resilience building and positive reinforcement. - Uphold the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and assist with the transition to school. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience working with young children in an educational setting. - Knowledge of early childhood development and the EYFS framework. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage children in interactive and exploratory learning activities. - A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
