Your new roleWe are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a leading organisation at their site on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership ofplex HR matters and play a key role in shaping the people strategy.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership ofplex HR matters and play a key role in shaping the people strategy.In this role, you will:Lead and manage Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management, ensuring fair and consistent oues.Advise and coach managers and senior leaders on HR best practice, empowering them to manage their teams effectively.Support organisational change projects, including restructures and transitions, ensuringpliance and positive employee engagementDrive HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy developmentProvide HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business performanceCollaborate internationally, supporting HR operations across global sitesThis is a position where you’ll have real influence, working closely with senior stakeholders and making a tangible impact on the business.What you’ll need to succeedCIPD Level 5 (or above)Strong Employee Relations experience in amercial environmentExcellentmunication and influencing skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlinesWhat you’ll get in returnAnnual bonus (10% target)Private medical insurance from day oneGenerous pension scheme (up to 20%bined contribution)25 days holiday + bank holidaysEmployee share purchase planOn-site perks: subsidised canteen, free parking, EV chargingFlexi-time and hybrid working options If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
