The role

This firm is currently seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their West End, London office.

You will work as part of a growing litigation team of 8, but will also work as part of the wider Real Estate team of 12.

The property litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work, which often includes complex and high value matters You will deal exclusively with leasehold enfranchisement matters which includes collective enfranchisement You will have the opportunity to get involved in client contact and business development activities You will find a varied and broad caseload, making for an interesting role You will work as part of a friendly, supportive and professional department The department currently has an influx of new enfranchisement work coming in

You will find there are good prospects for progression attached to the role, which can include a route to partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience) You will have had good experience dealing with a broad palette of conveyancing work You should have first-class communication skills Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background.
