On offer is the chance to utilise your design expertise within a stable and professional environment, with opportunities to develop and progress your career.Working within this established design team provides the opportunity to develop bespoke machinery solutions, using your Inventor skills to deliver high-quality outputs on key projects.The day-to-day of this role includes producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, designing conveyors and special-purpose machinery, and supporting project delivery through collaboration with other engineers and project teams.The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong Inventor knowledge and a background in conveyors, machinery, or material handling systems. Candidates with experience in special-purpose machinery design would be advantageous.The Role:Design of conveyors and food processing equipmentProduce detailed drawings of new and existing designsWork with Inventor, Vault and AutoCADSupport development of special-purpose machineryFull-time, permanent positionThe Person:Proficiency in Autodesk InventorKnowledge of Vault and AutoCADExperience with conveyors, machinery, or handling equipmentPrevious special-purpose machinery experience highly desirableAbility to work independently and manage workload to deadlines
