Graduate Scheme – Aspiring Teacher STEM Graduate – Aspiring Teacher Secondary Schools Across Surrey £101.40 – £115 per day | Full-time, Term-time | Immediate and January starts Are you a STEM graduate with a passion for people and a curiosity for education? I’m Farhad at Milk Education, and I’m on the lookout for talented STEM graduates who are ready to bring their knowledge to life in secondary schools across Surrey. Whether you’re exploring teaching as a long-term goal or simply want to give back while gaining meaningful experience, I want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting lessons across Science, Maths, Computing or Design & Technology Leading small group sessions and practical STEM activities Helping students build confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning Working alongside experienced teachers who will guide and mentor you Taking part in our Unbottled School Speaker Programme – inspiring conversations around resilience, motivation and real-life challenges What I’m Looking For A STEM degree (Science, Maths, Engineering or related field) A genuine interest in education and supporting young people Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Someone who’s reliable, caring, and eager to learn What’s On Offer £101.40 – £115 per day (depending on experience) Full-time, term-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30am–3:30pm) Ongoing training and development through Milk Education Clear routes into teacher training (PGCE, SCITT or Apprenticeship) The opportunity to work in schools that truly value people and potential How to Apply If you’re passionate about safeguarding young people and want to build a career with real impact, I’d love to speak with you.
