Responsibilities As a Trainee QS, the successful candidate will:Assist with cost planning, measurement, valuations, and procurementSupport commercial management across residential projectsGain visibility and experience across all project stages—from estimation through to final account handoverLearn directly from experienced surveyors while taking on real responsibilityProjectsThe Trainee QS will gain exposure to a range of residential developments, including affordable housing and larger new-build schemes.
