The company operates on a global scale and is recognised as a business committed to delivering high-quality products and services.Job DescriptionCoordinate procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services.Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to meet supply chain demands.Prepare and manage purchase orders and related documentation.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities to relevant stakeholders.Resolve any supply chain disruptions in a proactive and efficient manner.Data Analysis & Cost Optimisation: Use Excel to analyse procurement data, conduct price comparisons, and track trends to enhance purchasing decisions.The Successful ApplicantA successful Procurement Coordinator should have:Min. 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain within the industrial, manufacturing or FMCG sectors.Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage procurement activities effectively.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and supply chain management.Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation accurately.What's on OfferSalary in the range of £30,000 to £33,000 per annum.Opportunity to work in a consolidated organisation with a global presence.Engaging and supportive work environment within the industrial and manufacturing sector.Permanent position offering stability and long-term career potential.If you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Procurement Coordinator, we encourage you to apply now
