The Role:  The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the business’s financial operations. This position involves preparing and analysing financial information, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and delivering valuable insights to support informed decision-making across the organisation. Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:  Lead the month-end process, including preparing management accounts and providing clear variance analysis. Report and communicate financial performance to stakeholders across the business. Manage key accounting processes including accruals, prepayments, VAT returns and reconciliations. Contribute to cost control, compliance, audit preparation and ad hoc financial projects. Requirements of the Management Accountant:  Qualified to AAT level or studying towards CIMA/ACCA, with a solid background in management accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
