Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Adult ServicesLocation: BuryPay Rate: £35 per hourJob Description: Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its clients Adult Services team in Bury. This role focuses on delivering high-quality OT interventions to support individuals in living safely and independently at home and to facilitate timely hospital discharge. What will your responsibilities be? Assess individuals receiving care packages to ensure appropriate OT support. Provide interventions that promote independence and safety in the home. Support hospital discharge planning through timely assessments and recommendations. Conduct assessments related to single-handed care, moving and handling, equipment, and adaptations. Build strong working relationships with service users, families, and professionals. Maintain accurate records and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning.
