The Role This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Partner or Legal Director specialising in Employee Incentives to join a highly regarded Corporate Tax team ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Bristol office and supporting the wider corporate practice, contributing to business development and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities of the Partner or Legal Director: Advise a diverse client base, from start-ups to listed companies, on the design and implementation of equity and cash-based incentive plans. Provide expert counsel on HMRC-approved and tax-efficient share schemes including EMI, CSOP, SIP, and SAYE. Support clients on bespoke share arrangements, LTIPs, and employee ownership structures. Lead and contribute to business development initiatives, networking, and thought leadership to promote the firm’s employee incentives offering. Requirements of the Partner or Legal Director: Minimum of 8 years’ PQE in Employee Incentives, Corporate Tax, or a related field. Proven experience in managing high-level client relationships and complex transactions. Demonstrable success in business development and contributing to team growth. Strong leadership qualities with an interest in mentoring and team development.
