HGV Class 2 Driver – WarringtonPertemps are recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client’s busy distribution centre in Warrington. We have immediate assessments available with the potential for ongoing, long-term work.What you’ll be doing as a HGV Class 2 Driver:Working on a set 4-day shift each week (based on a 3-week rota)Delivering fast-moving perishable goods to stores across Central EnglandUsing dollies to roll goods directly into stores – no heavy lifting requiredEnsuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficientlyWhat we’re looking for in a HGV Class 2 Driver:Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 2 driving experienceA valid Category C licence, CPC card, and Digital Tachograph cardA maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)The details for the HGV Class 2 Driver:Operation: Monday to SundayStart times: Between 02:00–05:00 and 14:00–18:00 (weekend work included)Drops: Typically 1–8 deliveries per shiftShift length: Around 12 hoursPay: £16.22 per hour (PAYE), rising to £24.33 per hour after 48 hoursContract type: Ongoing, consistent work with regular shiftsIf you’re a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver looking for steady work with great rates and a well-organised operation, we want to hear from you.Apply now to join the Pertemps driving team in Warrington.
