You will be joining a school that provides high-quality education to young people with a range of SEMH and additional needs, and we are looking for a Maths specialist who is passionate about making a real difference in their lives.About the Role* Deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages appropriate to a variety of learners.* Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and encourages student progress.* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and leaders.* Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and personalised learning pathways.* Inspire confidence, resilience, and achievement in every learner.About YouWe are looking for someone who:* Holds QTS/QTLS with specialism in Mathematics.* Has experience teaching learners with SEN/SEMH needs (desirable but not essential).* Brings creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach to teaching.* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.* Has strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.Who are Aspire People?
