Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Senior Customer EngineerJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Engineer to lead onsite deployment and configuration activities for clinic IT environments. You will manage device refresh tasks, ensure smooth handovers, maintain accurate inventory, and provide technical support throughout the deployment process.Location: Washington, NE38 9DA (On-site)Hourly Rate: £ via umbrella OR £ PAYEContract Length: 08-Dec-2025 to 31-Dec-2025Start Date: 08-Dec-2025Key Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate clinic deployment events, ensuring all technical activities arepleted efficiently • Provide onsite engineering support for device refresh and configuration • Validate and process user work orders and deployment requests • Manage laptop and device handover to multiple users and sites • Maintain accurate inventory and update the Asset Management Database (AMDB) •municate deployment status and progress to the Deployment Manager • Address and resolve user queries and technical issues onsiteKey Requirements:• Strong experience in IT hardware deployment and configuration • Hands-on knowledge of Windows and Mac environments • Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD • Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage user handovers • Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and inventoryAdditional Information• Interview Process: 1-stage interview via MS Teams • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30How to Apply: If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
