Thepany emphasises reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction, ensuring projects arepleted on time and in line with agreed procedures.Your new role As Foreperson, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the refurbishment of an education scheme in Derry City. You will be required to oversee the subcontractors and direct labour in order to meet the programme of works. You will be responsible for carrying out audits, inspections and quality control along with undertaking any site inductions as required. You will liaise with senior management,municating regular progress reports and ensuring the project is kept on track.What you'll need to succeed As a successful foreperson, previous experience managing construction or refurbishment projects as Site is essential, with demonstrable knowledge of themercial or public sectors. You will be health & safety focused with good technical knowledge and an eye for detail.As this is an imminent requirement, you will be finishing up a current project or be available immediately. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS qualification.What you'll get in return This is an opportunity for an available foreperson or an individual looking for a contract/freelance-based role to secure work through to Spring 2026, ideal for any individual based in ormutable to Derry City and the northwest.
