Your newpanyYou’ll be working with a leading infrastructure services provider, supporting a major programme of works on the M8 Woodside Viaduct. The organisation is known for deliveringplex civil engineering projects across the UK, with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation. This is a freelance opportunity offering the chance to contribute to one of Scotland’s most critical transport routes.Your new role As a Highways Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing site activities related to structural maintenance and refurbishment works. You’ll manage subcontractors, ensurepliance with health and safety standards, and maintain accurate site records. The role will involve close coordination with delivery teams, engineers, andmercial staff to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to specification.Key responsibilities include:Supervising daily site operations and workforceEnsuringpliance with RAMS and site safety protocolsMonitoring progress and reporting to project managementSupporting quality assurance and documentationLiaising with stakeholders and maintaining clearmunicationWhat you'll need to succeed You’ll need proven experience in highways or civils supervision, ideally on bridge or viaduct projects.
