With a portfolio that spans bespoke private homes and developer-led residential schemes across Surrey, Hampshire, and Outer London, this studio is known for its thoughtful design and technical excellence. This is a senior-level role, working closely with the studio owner, offering a genuine opportunity to influence projects from concept through topletion.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage residential projects through all RIBA stagesAct as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsOversee site progress and ensure design integrity is maintained through to deliveryIdentify and resolve technical and site-based challenges with confidence and clarityContribute to the studio’s collaborative and detail-oriented design cultureWhat We’re Looking For:A confident job runner with demonstrable experience in the residential sectorStrong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detailExcellentmunication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in AutoCAD and ideally Revit (training can be provided)Ability to travel independently to local project sitesThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and ambitious studio, where your input will be valued and your career can flourish.
